Account mark

Mark affects entire account and is gained from breaking the rules of conduct. Mark suspends you from playing the game for some time and when you get back it can be stacked so you will get suspended for even a longer amount of time, however it can be cleared if you avoid breaking the rules for a period of time.

if you get a name mark (for having a inappropiate name of guild or character) there is name marks you can have:

• For unacceptable character names, a mark will be placed against the account and the character will be blocked. This means that the character will be inaccessible until the player renames the character. Players should be mindful that subsequent use of an offensive or inappropriate name will result in further marks and suspensions and may ultimately result in the banning of the account.

• For unacceptable guild names, a mark will be placed against the guild creator's account. The guild will be reset to "0" on the guild ladder and will be unable to issue challenges; the only option will be to dissolve the guild. There is no option for renaming a guild at this time.

stacking marks to a high amount will problary result in a ban but if you do you problary wont dont mind.

there is no other known affects from marks like reduced drops and instant deaths (sometimes) that include even though many say so...
