Changes: Antiquated Rod

The Antiquated Rod is a Unique Item which can be obtained from the Dragrimmar Chest, the reward chest of the Sepulchre of Dragrimmar dungeon.

This wand can be fully replicated (including the skin) with:
- a max req. 9 Watercrest Wand which is inscribable
- a perfect Wand Wrapping of Memory
- a perfect "Hale and Hearty" inscription
