Area Name: Ascalon Foothills
Region: Ascalon
The Ascalon Foothills are a relatively small map area which lies between the Diessa Lowlands and Traveler's Vale.
Like the rest of Ascalon, the Ascalon Foothills is a rough and dry land, with little to no plants or water, only dead rocks and a few thorn scrubs. All buildings lay in ruins.
Most players pay this area only a brief visit during the quests listed below, or during a run from Ascalon to Yak's Bend.

- To receive credit for the Vanquisher title track in this area you must defeat 51-59 monsters in Hard Mode.
- Players vanquishing this area should not bring a Minion Master. Most of the foes are Stone Elementals, which do not leave exploitable corpses. Flesh Golem is a viable elite in this area due to small party numbers, but a build designed to crank out an army of undead will not be as effective.
