Dialogue
- "Yesterday, I rescued several children from these plague-ridden streets and took them to the district run by the Jade Brotherhood where they would be safe from the plague. Unfortunately, one girl's parents claimed that I had "kidnapped" their daughter, and they have hired Ratsu, a well-known Assassin to kill me! If you will take care of Ratsu for me, I will make it worth your while."

Walkthrough[]
After talking to Saito, head south following the coastal road. Ratsu can be found near Qian & Paomu at the south end of Wajjun Bazaar, near the portal to Nahpui Quarter. There is no conversation or dialogue, he will just attack once you are within aggro range, kill him and return to Saito to complete the quest.
