If you want to farm these for some reason, like a Black Moa Chick for instance, these are the best areas:

Stingray Strand outside Fisherman's Haven. Travel around the middle lake and along the coast where there are many groups of Bog Skale Icetooths. Each run takes about 10-20 minutes.

Scoundrel's Rise North of Gates of Kryta head North to the sand and then down into the swamp area. Lots of Mergoyles but more than enough Bog Skale to make it worth it. They are easier to kill than at Stingray Strand.
