I wouldn't call ArenaNet staff "software", and only a few of them are involved in writing the actual game software. So should this (and Category:NCsoft) be a top-level cat instead? —Dr Ishmael

A second category[]
Since this category is seemingly intended to be a list of ArenaNet staff, yet it also contains articles merely pertaining to ArenaNet, I propose splitting it into two categories, ArenaNet and ArenaNet staff. The staff category would be a child of the first.
