Description

This Charr has skills of both Mesmers and Monks, and generally acts as a Mesmer, with dangerous Interrupts and other "Caster-hate" spells. They also have a reusable resurrection skill, and with the Mesmer's Fast Casting it activates faster than normal. For this reason, the Charr Dominator should be a high priority target in any extended battle and near Bosses.
