Full: If this attack hits, you deal +6...8 damage for each adjacent foe (maximum 60 damage). If target foe is non-human it is knocked down.

Concise: Deals +6...8 damage for each adjacent foe (maximum 60 damage). Causes knock-down if target foe is non-human.

This attack will knock down non-human targets even if the attack itself misses or is blocked.
This is also the name of the weapon given when taking the quest to get this skill.

Possibly a reference to the "Sword of a Thousand Truths" from the "Make Love, Not Warcraft" episode of South Park, which is itself a reference to the Sword of Truth found in Everquest.
