Dehjah is a Djinn leader and ally of the Master of Whispers. She aids players in weakening and then defeating the powerful demon The Drought.
She is the mission access NPC for the Rilohn Refuge mission.

- "I am an engineer at the Mahnkelon Waterworks. I try my best to keep the Kournan government from polluting the Elon any more than they have to.
In Rilohn Refuge, as a mission access NPC after completing To Kill a Demon:
- "Are you surprised to see me like this? I have disguised myself in your form to keep the Kournans from polluting the Elon anymore than they already do."
- We are ready to kill this demon.
- "I will take you and the Master to the Waterworks so that you may attempt to defeat the Drought. Let me know when you are ready and we will meet outside."
