Upon becoming afflicted with the Canthan Plague, Minister Cho is mutated into the Diseased Minister. While relatively easy compared to other Afflicted encountered later on, the Diseased Minister is a powerful Necromancer at this stage of the game and is the final encounter for the Minister Cho's Estate Mission.
