The Dreadspawn Maw is a collossal demon who is the mother of the Stygians and one of the four demonic Overlords of the Domain of Anguish. The visible portions of her body consist of a collosal fanged maw surrounded by tentacles and fanged trenches known as spawning tunnels. Unlike the other Overlords, she is not fought directly, instead she is slain by destroying her Smothering Tendrils.
