It's not difficult, but remember to interrupt Healing Spring. That way, the fight doesn't take longer than it needs to. A good way to know if they are about to cast it is when they cast Serpent's Quickness; if they have cast that, then you know a Healing Spring is on the way. They don't, however, use Healing Spring while low on health.
