Notes

• Earth Shaker must successfully hit to take effect. If it's blocked, no adjacent foes will be knocked down.
• Note that you do not actually hit the adjacent foes, so you won't gain any extra adrenaline, trigger Insidious Parasite multiple times, etc.

Anomaly! Breaking convention, the area of effect is actually "adjacent" range, centered on the target, rather than "adjacent to foe", making it slightly larger.

• This skill is used by Devona, and is one of the few elite skills used in pre-Searing.
