Skill details

Full: When you cast this enchantment, all nearby foes are Blinded for 1...6 second[s]. For 30 seconds, if you are wielding an earth weapon, your melee attacks deal +3...13 earth damage. When this enchantment ends, you are cured of Blindness.

Concise: (30 seconds.) Deal +3...13 earth damage with your melee attacks. Initial Effect: Blinds nearby foes for 1...6 second[s]. End Effect: removes Blindness. No effect unless wielding an earth weapon.

Notes

Using enchantments that converts your melee attacks into earth damage such as Dust Cloak, Staggering Force etc will count as an earth weapon.
Ebon Dust Aura will trigger when using an attack skill and a weapon with an Ebon weapon upgrade.
Using spammable attack skills allows you to spread blindness to multiple targets rapidly, particularly if using a bow (note that there are no Ebon staves or spears available).
