Notes
- This skill can be very useful if you have difficulty surviving the onslaughts of enemy Elementalists, though Mesmer primaries should be wary of the physical armor reduction, as Mesmers (like most casters) do not have physical armor to spare.
- In PvP, this is a decent general-use skill to bring along as it will blunt the effectiveness of any enemy Elementalist, but without heavy Monk support it is unlikely that this skill alone will let you withstand concentrated fire of any dedicated Spike team. If you have a general idea of what the enemy will be using, the specific elemental Mantras can be more effective.
