Emperor Usoku is the successor of Emperor Kisu to the Canthan Throne. During his reign he spent millions in gold to arm his troops and defeat the warring Luxon and Kurzick Factions. Usoku also unified the Canthan nation behind a strong national identity and began to remove all non-humans from Cantha. Canthans who disagreed with Usoku's views were forced to leave their homeland for either Tyria or Elona.
