Faction Transfer NPCs

General

While playing on either the Luxon or the Kurzick side, players are awarded Faction points. Alliances need these points to gain favor with the Luxons or Kurzicks. Faction Transfer NPCs allow a player to transfer Alliance Faction to a guild and contribute to the Alliance sum. Faction points are transferred in chunks of 5,000. By transferring faction points to a guild you will lose an equal amount of faction with the opposing side. However, this will not carry into the negatives.

These NPCs are accessible only to players who own Guild Wars: Factions and who have sworn allegiance with either the Kurzicks or Luxons.

The Faction Transfer NPCs are respectively called Kurzick Bureaucrats and Luxon Scavengers. Players can only transfer faction points with the scribe belonging to the faction for which the player has more faction points.

Faction Transfer NPCs can be found in the Guild Halls of guilds that are allied with either the Kurzicks or the Luxons, in the capital cities of the Kurzicks (House zu Heltzer) and the Luxons (Cavalon), and in the Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood outposts. Recently, faction transfer NPCs were added to the Alliance Battle outposts.

Players can earn account-wide Allegiance titles by contributing Faction points.

The Guild Hall NPCs credit the faction transferred to the guild that owns the hall; all other NPCs credit the player's guild.
