• Although Ferk Mallet and Vulg Painbrain share the two spawn locations marked on the map, occasionally only one of the two will spawn. Note that the boss spawning on the southern location will usually start moving as soon as a player comes into radar range and may ambush players from behind when they are moving forward on the regular mission path, if they advance slowly.
