  • In the same way as other IAS effects, Flail decreases the time per swing by 33%, resulting in a 50% increase in the number of attacks and potential damage done.
  • Flail shines on a Paragon or Ranger, as they can both continue to attack without needing to move. Additionally, since Rangers don't typically use many adrenal skills, they can have Flail active for much of a fight. Note, however, that Flail is Strength-attributed and thus has limited utility on non-warrior primaries.
  • Flail also works great on knockdown warriors since they can keep the target immobilized for some time.
  • Using Enraging Charge just before engaging enemies will allow Flail to be fully charged up after one hit with 10+ Strength.
  • This is the only IAS stance that is charged by adrenaline.
