Fixed a bug that caused Precision Shot to end a target's stance if hit.
Fixed a bug that caused Quick Shot to temporarily disable the user's other attack skills.
Fixed a text bug in the concise description for Needling Shot.

Fixed a URL in the password-reset confirmation message.
