This user, though only having a contribution history of three months, has shown incredible aplomb in ensuring the wiki continues to work while simultaneously questioning the assumptions and policies we've made to facilitate it. Care like this is rare, and is an asset I'd like to see on my administrative team.

- I respectfully decline. I'm honored by Tanaric's nomination, and I'm glad that others think my contributions are helpful. But for now, I'd like to continue as an editor, and get even more involved in the wiki's community and policy discussions. Contrary to the issues in Opposed and Neutral, I'm actually quite impressed on the contributions HL has made in his short history. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as to being "ready" or able to "use his power effectively". Finally, he is willing to raise hell if he wants to make a point. That's always a good thing.

- Not incredibly impressed with ideals, but HL is a very motivated person. If his personal goals were closer to something that would aid the Wiki, I'd support. Till then, with the power that Admins have, I'm not comfortable with HL having admin tools and sway. However, since this is mostly just a difference of opinion, it isn't fair for me to oppose his adminship. -Auron

His questioning of policy and making contructive arguments is also nice but then again, it is still a rather short history. - As usual with RFAs, I'm going to research the user more before supporting or opposing. My first impressions are good though. I've seen him taking part in many important discussions and I don't remember anything negative, which is always a good thing.
