- You need to talk to Baosen (who is roughly at the same location) to get Ke Feng and his group of Jade Brotherhood to appear. Once that group is defeated, Ke Feng becomes friendly and reveals himself as an undercover Canthan guard with quests to offer.
- If you approach him with the second part of The Missing Link active, and you have a party member who has not yet had the quest, he will first appear as an ally from far away; he will die as you get closer (killed by Noqui), then he will resurrect as an enemy with other enemy Am Fah in order to give the quest.
