Acquisition

This and Restoration are the only skills in the game that will resurrect the caster.
Casting this spell soon before death will cause you to drop it when you die, initiating the resurrection effect. Though, in PvP with a deathmatch objective, these ashes will not resurrect the holder or teammates upon their death if they are the last one standing on their team, as this will instead trigger the end of the match.
This is one of the few resurrection skills to operate through Frozen Soil.
The resurrection effect of this skill will happen about two seconds after dropping the ashes.
