General

Luxon Priests are mostly located at a Luxon resurrection shrine. Bribing a Luxon Priest with 50 will provide 10 Luxon Faction. Purchasing the "Blessing of the Luxons" from these priests for 100 will also enable one to gather faction by killing creatures in the area.
