• Although there is no "[Skills]" suffix on his name, after the completion of Malaquire's Test (which is a followup to his quest, Orrian Excavation), you may buy skills from him in Lion's Arch.

• The graphics model used for Magi Malaquire includes normally hidden heart underwear beneath the robe.
• During the Wintersday quest, The Greatest Snowman Ever Made, he will inform you he used to be a magician before becoming Magi.
