General
The Medal of Honor is an item that can be obtained from the Shining Blade Forager in Lion's Arch Keep in exchange for 25 War Supplies.
10 of them can be exchanged for Oppressor's Weapons (gold, max damage and with blank inscription) for all professions (the usual combination of weapons and off-hands).
In-game description
A medal given by the Shining Blade to recognize your heroics. It's uncommon, so it must be valuable, right?
