The item was dropped from:
- Eye of the North
- Wintersday Chest after completing The Strength of Snow or Straight to the Heart quests during Wintersday 2007 and 2008.

- This miniature is not a normal Polar Bear, but is actually a miniature of Ursula the White. The skin is also shared by the Jingle Bear.
