Those in the right image appear in the quest Lambs to the Slaughter along with one of the assassins in the left image. He appears to be the leader. Those in Shenzun Tunnels are the left image.
They have similar skills to Am Fah Assassins, and male Obsidian Flame Assassins share the same model as Am Fah Assassins, including an Am Fah guild cape. It is not known if this implies a connection between the Obsidian Flame and the Am Fah, but it is more likely a simple reuse of the character skins.
