Description

A staff that is tied to primary spellcaster attributes aside from mesmer version which requires Inspiration Magic.

Dye

Dye colors the whole staff, with brighter colors having a more noticeable effect than darker ones. Darker dyes tend to color mostly the staff core, while brighter colors markedly affect both the core and the stones.
