Description

The Oppressor's Scepter is a focus skin available in Lion's Arch Keep upon completion of The Battle for Lion's Arch. There are 21 types of Opressor's Scepters, one for each Monk, Necromancer, Mesmer, Elementalist and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Oppressor's <attribute> Scepter".
