Description
Pain Titans are spawned from slain Titan Abominations. When slain, a Pain Titan will spawn two Madness Titans. Pain Titans are vulnerable to Lightbringer's Gaze, but they are not fleshy creatures, making them immune to Bleeding, Poison and Disease.

- Only the final form, or lowest tier of the titan will drop loot.
Notes
- It is recomended to deal with titans and their remains one by one. Four Madness Titans mean more trouble than two maddness and one Abomination.
