Description

Pain Titans are spawned from slain Titan Abominations. When slain, a Pain Titan will spawn two Madness Titans. Pain Titans are vulnerable to Lightbringer's Gaze, but, despite their appearance, they are not fleshy creatures, making them immune to Bleeding, Poison and Disease.

  • If your group is caster focused, it is recommended to deal with titans and their remains one by one. Four Madness Titans mean more trouble than two Madness Titans and one Abomination.
  • If your group is weapon focused, it is recommanded to deal will all the Pain Titans before the Madness Titans. The Madness Titans will block all of your group 's attacks 50% of the time by Mirage Cloak.
