Acquisition
Notes
- Palm Strike is the only skill that counts as an off-hand attack and does not have special requirement.
- Being a Touch skill, it's guaranteed to hit even if you're blinded, unless your target uses the Paragon skill "Can't Touch This!".
- Enables the application of Blinding Powder without hitting the target first, thus when further combined with Unseen Fury, makes all attacks unblockable if the condition is not removed.
- Since the skill will cripple the opponent, follow this up with Trampling Ox to add more pressure to snared foes.
