Useful in both PvE and PvP to shut down enemies who are heavily invested in a single attribute.
The effect of disabling spells of the same attribute will still take place even if the target's spell did not get interrupted (such as if target is protected by Mantra of Resolve). The disabling will cause the target's spell to fail, bypassing the anti-interruption effect.
Note that this isn't a hex, unlike most interrupts with added effects.
Other unlinked attribute spells will not be disabled by Power Block if it is used to interrupt an unlinked attribute spell.
Bug! Disables all skills of the blocked attribute, not just spells. While the text description has changed in game the function of skills has not been altered yet. The text description was a test site leak.
