Notes

• Use Primal Rage with high-critical-damage weapons such as axes, hammers, scythes, bows and spears.
• Since disabling a skill clears its adrenaline and disabled skills don't acquire adrenaline points, avoid bringing skills with a high adrenaline cost when putting this skill on your skill bar.
• Instead of attack skills, focus on general buffs that affect multiple attacks, such as Conjure Flame or Signet of Strength - these can be activated before triggering Primal Rage.
• Way of Perfection can deliver significant healing for Warrior/Assassins when used in tandem with this skill.
• This skill provides a significant critical hit boost for Assassin/Warriors with high Critical Strikes, even with 0 Strength. As such, it combines well with skills such as Critical Defenses.
• By combining this skill with Judge's Insight your attacks will have 40% armor penetration.
• The attack speed buff and bonus health regeneration from "I Will Avenge You!" combines with Primal Rage very well.
• Watch for warriors using Balanced Stance, as it will prevent the extra damage from your critical hits, thus reducing the effect of this skill.
