in PVP chars you can create your own weapon.
To create your armor and weapon you need to press I for inventory window, then press "PVP Equipment" button, after that you can select what item you want to create in the tabs that you have.
After choosing all you need to choose you click on create and the item will be equiped.

Two-handed
All weapons are max dmg and require 9 attribute of that weapon type
- Staffs (got +10 energy)

All off-hands got +12 energy and require 9 attribute of that item type

Armor set
All armors are max armor that your char can get.
You can choose the color of the armor by choosing it from the bar that you have before creating it.
Upgrades
When you create an item you can choose one of the upgrades and Inscriptions (or runes for armor) that you like to attach to your item.
