Sahlahjar the Dead is a Spirit serving Palawa Joko. He was once the king of the southern Desolation, however after making a deal with Palawa, he was killed and his entrails made into Joko's court jester. His spirit lingers in the remains of his once great city - Sahlahja.
"The shock of running a kingdom was more than I could handle. The Grey Giants were moving in from the north and my people were soon to feel the brunt of their attack. In a moment of weakness I made a deal with Palawa Joko. It is why I am here, for eternity"
