Scratcher is a Paragon boss that can be found in Wilderness of Bahdza. She is one of two Harpy bosses whose death is needed to fulfill the Population Control quest given by Prince Ahmtur the Mighty.

• There is a duplicate of this boss although named Screecher, near this location.
