- This skill does not have much value to dagger combos, since much of the damage comes from the armor-ignoring bonus damage, rather than through the damage of the daggers themselves. A few rare skills will work together with this: for example, Shattering Assault is treated as base damage, so will benefit from Shadowy Burden.
- Weapons with a high base damage like a scythe or axe work better than daggers.
