Soulrending Shriek is a monster skill used by Incubus monsters throughout EotN including in dungeons.

Full: Target foe takes 40 damage. If target is enchanted, that foe loses one enchantment and is Dazed for 8 seconds.
Concise: 40 damage. Removes one enchantment and inflicts Dazed condition (8 seconds) if target foe is enchanted.
