Spear Attacks are a type of ranged weapon attack that can only be done while wielding a spear. All Spear Attacks are ranged and found in Spear Mastery, Kurzick/Luxon skills or non-attribute monster skills. The only exception being Spear Swipe, a new melee attack found in Eye of the North that is linked to Leadership.
