A Spearhead is the prefix upgrade for spears.
Acquisition[]
- Spearheads can be found on any spear with a rarity of blue, purple, or gold. If, after being identified, the spear's name begins with one of the modifiers listed below, then it contains a corresponding Spearhead.
- The Spearhead can be salvaged from the original item using an Expert Salvage Kit or equivalent.

Spearheads can be found with a variety of modifiers, summarized below. The name of a specific Spearhead will identify its modifier, e.g. Vampiric Spearhead.
