The Spiritbinder is the Ritualist Pre-order Item (Staff) included with the Guild Wars Factions Pre-Order Package. It should be noted that the Spiritbinder can be modified with Staff upgrades and comes premodified with a +5 Insightful Staff Head.

- 11-22 Damage (req. 9 Communing)
- +10 Energy
- +5 Energy
- Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
- Halves recharge time of spells (Chance: 20%)
Note: This item is always customized for the character that the /preorder command was used with. However, this command can be reused on each of your characters, consistently respawning the weapon. It is not salvagable for the Insightful Staff Head, however.
Dye
Only the shaft portion of the Spiritbinder can be dyed.
Note
Before the March 23, 2006 update, the Spiritbinder behaved improperly. It did not give the base +10 energy to the wielder, and it fired arrows instead of the expected magical missile. This has since been fixed in the aforementioned update.
