The statue of Dwayna, like all other statues of the five gods, is a place of worship found throughout Tyria. An Avatar of Dwayna can be summoned here by a player kneeling in front of the statue if the world has the Favor of the Gods. In explorable areas, all avatars grant Blessings to a player in exchange for some gold. In specific locations and if all conditions are met, the avatar of Dwayna also grants quests.

- Favored - The statue pieces float in mid-air, suspended within a column of light.
- Unfavored - The statue pieces lie scattered across the ground in a pile of rubble.
