Sugary Blue Drink is an item available only during the Canthan New Year, Dragon Festival and on the Gamer weekend. Obtainable through Quest: Douse Your Enthusiasm, from Red Gift Bags or by beating Lucky Hochei at rock, paper, scissors. You may trade in 5 Victory Tokens for one as well.
