Survivor

Survivor is a title that you can display for prestige.

It is awarded per character.

To gain the following titles, one must obtain the experience required and incur 0 deaths (check with /deaths). Once the title is earned, it will not be lost upon death. However, your progression towards the next title halts once you die.

The Survivor title is achieved at level 20. The higher titles are to be gained between "levels" 49 (100 points below level 50) and 100, however, the Legendary survivor title is skewed a bit to reflect the 1337-ness of whomever obtains it.

The Survivor title track will show up at level 5 if the character has zero deaths. If the character dies before achieving the first title, the title track disappears.

This title is sometimes regarded as the second "Lucky" title, as deaths by lag are a common halt towards title progression; often entirely out of the player's hands. In addition, the Survivor titles may have a negative connotation when forming parties, as some players striving for the Survivor title will zone out whenever the team is in danger, leaving the team to avoid dying.

Should the player fail to get survivor on a character, that character can never progress any further in the title, and the player must start over with a new character.

• PvP deaths (arena, alliance battles, etc...) count against this title.

• The mechanics of forced deaths (/resign, cutscenes, etc.) have been known to change with game updates. The best advice is simply to avoid any kind of "death."

• Deaths caused by the rolling boulders in Eye of the North are not included in your death count.

• Deaths caused by walking into the Sulfurous Haze in The Sulfurous Wastes, Joko's Domain, The Alkali Pan and The Shattered Ravines do not affect the survivor title.

• Deaths caused by the crusher traps in Fahranur, The First City or Jokanur Diggings (mission) do not affect the survivor title.

• Deaths during a mission in the Bonus Mission Pack do not affect the title.

• Deaths during the minigame Polymock do not affect the title unless the player's piece is defeated by a condition such as Burning or Bleeding.

• Being "knocked out" while using Dwarven Boxing skills (particularly Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza! will not count against the title, but if you fail to spam the skill STAND UP!, the death will count against the title.
