This quest did not activate for my Tyrian necromancer and monk characters, even though I had already finished 'The Great Escape'. Is this quest available only to Elonian characters? Or is there another pre-requisite? - 8:02, 3 December 2006. (GMT)
- There may be another prerequisite, probably a specific Sunspear rank. My Paragon was already Castellan by the time I did this, so I have no idea what it would be. —Dr Ishmael (talk|contribs) 03:42, 3 December 2006 (CST)
- My characters were Sunspear Generals by the time they satisfied the listed pre-requisite, so it's unlikely that Sunspear Rank is the trigger. What might be of interest is that talking to Elder Isma gives me the response, "We owe you our silence." Judging by the quest description, it sounds like something she might say AFTER the quest was finished. It may be that the quest is UNavailable after a certain Sunspear rank, or there is simply a pre-requisite that I have not completed yet. (I haven't done Venta Cemetary, storyline wise.) - 12:00, 4 December 2006 (GMT)
- "I haven't done Venta Cemetary, storyline wise." Same here with my D, and have the pre req quest done, but not offered quest. She replies with the same response as your char recieved. Yet, on my Tyrian W, the quest was available, though I had done Venta Cemetary before I found (stumbled across) it. I imagine the cemetary mission is also a pre-req. BTW, both chars were Sunspear Generals when they talked to Isma for the first time, so at least that rank level appears to have nothing to do with it. Queen Schmuck 03:14, 7 December 2006 (CST)
- I know this is an old discussion, but there doesn't seem to be consensus. My monk, who is a Tyrian-based character but who has finished the Elonian storyline, was just offered the quest while vanquishing Arkjok. Regarding Sunspear rank, she's maxed out on it.
