Strength linked?

Has anyone actually seen a Strength linked one for sale? I have only ever seen Tactics ones for warriors so far.

i got 1 and i want to share where i got it :P

well i got an extra 10k factions so i spent it on a Z keys then i opened the chest, next thing i know i got this shield and an igneous blade lol.
