I'm not sure about this, but it seems that these have a natural run buff. Because of that it is very difficult to get them to stop chasing you while running. During a brief period, these WOULD NOT stop following you at all, but a patch fixed it. I believe they run 25% faster so if you have a run buff that gives you 33% you should be able to drop them easily. VegaObscura 06:28, 19 March 2007 (CDT)
