Only use caster weapons?[]
Hey, I was just vanquishing Perdition Rock and I found myself hexed with soul leech several times (I am a ranger using a bow.) So... I have to disagree with the line "They only use Soul Leech when you have a caster weapon equipped" and am changing it to reflect this. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 121.98.183.81 (contribs) .

- You'd think if Anet was going to change the AI to use it on people with martial weapons, they'd only include spears, swords, and axes. No caster is going to use a bow, scythe, or hammer. Why have the AI waste it on them?
- I wonder if bundles prevented the Dryders from using Soul Leech on the caster before this change... --Macros 17:54, November 24, 2009 (UTC)
- 121.98 might've used a focus (hidden because a Bow is 2h). Don't know if the AI is smart enough to see that/ignore that.
- Additionally, I recall going around carrying Inferno on my Warrior's bar to pull Backfires to me, but that was a long time ago. Does it still work? ---
